We've got the MPK, now we're getting the MPL! The L stands for Lang or... Looooong.
For the unaware, the Walther MPL is a German 9×19 mm submachine gun introduced in the late 1960s. It's built around a simple open‑bolt, blowback mechanism and uses a steel receiver with its own 32 round magazine.
Although it never saw major adoption by large armies, the MPL was found in lots of different agencies, ranging from police to paramilitary use, due to its rugged construction and decent firepower post-war.
Thank you Gun Nerd Wolf for the support!
