Replaces the ModulRigs patches with soviet-themed patches. The long and back patch feature the text МИЛИЦИЯ (Militsiya, the civilian Police force of the USSR) alongside a small Soviet flag. The circular patches have the Soviet coat of arms, and the 3x5 patch is simply the Soviet flag. Now you can LARP properly.
