Industrial estate #38, rented out illegally to the Serrano Ham Group Laboratories, or SerraGroup company. During the BBQ Wars, this frankfurter factory was a hotbed for numerous firefights between Shotdog and Mercweiner operatives.

Having difficulty seeing? I recommend turning on HDR color correction and turning off Bloom in the H3VR settings.

Performance notes:

Normal load time is approximately 1 minute on a good SSD, lower-speed drives may result in longer load times.
Stuttery performance? Try turning down H3VR graphics settings.
