PK06

Adds the PK06 micro reflex sight from Escape From Tarkov to H3VR. Its small size makes it perfect as a backup sight, but it can also function as a primary. It is Zerod for 10m, tested with 7.62x39, 9x19, 7.62x51 and 5.56.
