Have you ever thought that the fear options in Hades are way to easy? That 67 is too small a number? That you wanted more options to explore during a run?
Welcome to Nightmare Fear, which offers 17 new vows for you to try and conquer. Can you manage a 134 fear run?
Additionally adds a new system after completing all Testaments where a randomly generated Testament, with a random boss, fear amount, weapon, and specific vow and rank will be offered to you before each run. Completing it will award you with 120 gemstones!
In-built compatibility with Zagreus Journey, Wrath of Olympus and Perfectionist. Random Chaos Bounties will also include these vows, so beware!
Naivety: Have access to less of your max magick this night.
Simplicity: You may not run into Daedalus Hammers this night.
Panic: You start locations with your magick empty, rather than full.
Riposte: Enemies may dodge your attacks.
Eclipse: You may not run into Selene this night.
Arrogance: The first hit you take in each location will deal more damage to you.
Secrets: Chance that the reward preview on a room will be hidden from you.
Purging: After defeating a guardian, you will be forced to purge a boon.
Rudiments: You lose access to elements and infusion boons this night.
Taxes: Every time you enter a new location, lose money.
Isolation: Any NPCs you encounter in your run (e.g. Arachne, Nemesis, Athena, etc.) will not appear this night. This is compatible with the NPCs you run into in Zagreus Journey.
Decay: The first Pom of Power in each biome will be an onion instead.
Expiry: Chance for boons to be expiring, meaning it will disappear after 2 guardians.
Vanity: Your keepsakes will have less levels this night, if possible.
Fealty: The max rarity of boons you encounter will be capped this night. This is compatible with both Perfectionist and Wrath of Olympus.
Forsaking: Be offered fewer options whenever you claim a boon.
Betrayal: A god will betray you during guardian encounters, and you will have to face their devotion during that fight.
