Ranong Clan Name Editor

Allows editing player and NPC clan surnames in the game House of Legacy.

Features

• Dynamic Surname Registration: Automatically scans all default surnames from the game code on launch and populates them into the configuration file.
• Save-Specific Clan Mappings: Dynamically registers player and NPC noble clan names from loaded save files.
• Western and Eastern Naming Formats: Symmetrically supports Western naming order (e.g. Ji Han Wang -> Ji Han Reni) and Eastern naming order (e.g. 王吉瀚 -> 雷尼吉瀚).
• Save-Safety: Surnames are only altered in-memory during gameplay and are reverted to vanilla before saving to prevent save file corruption.

Installation

1. Install BepInEx.
2. Extract RanongClanNameEditor.dll into the BepInEx/plugins/ folder.
3. Start the game once to generate the config file: BepInEx/config/com.ranongpatama.ranongclannameeditor.cfg.
4. Open the config file and set your desired mappings!
