Added independent motor mount mode with Alt+U / Alt+Shift+U:

Motor mount mode now saves and restores independently for the Original Boat and each Custom Boat.
Custom Boats now keep their own saved Controls, Motor, Radar, motor material, motor mount, and Radar position settings.
Fixed Custom Boat restore ordering so saved colors are not overwritten by temporary Original/default materials during startup.
New boats spawned with F8 now clone the currently driven boat, or the boat the player is standing on/next to.
