This is the OFFICIAL Cecil Libraries Organization Package for the Cecil Libraries. Treat this package as a Dependency Package. The dlls will be added into both Patchers and Plugins folders of your Install.

This mod simply enables ANSI and UTF-8 for Windows Terminals e.g. the BepInEx Console, this relies on the Cecil.ANSI_Utils functionality.
