Tweaks to skip idle time, and quick resets/restartsSpeed Tweaks
Presently:
- Skips Boon Card Animation
- All "PutOnMasks" have bool quick set to true
- Pressing F5 will reset a run (like 'continue' on the menu)
- Pressing F6 will restart a run (like after dying)

- Fixed issue where F5 would skip battles
- Fixed issue where F6 wouldn't reset the run

- Moved F6 to F9 to avoid accidental presses
- Added skip to prospector gold striking
