What does it do?
This is the counterpart to BetterStartingHands. There is an algorithm in the game that tries to give you better starting hands than random chance. The mechanic is called GetFairHand, sometimes called Fair Hand, FairHand, or Hand Manipulation. My other mod improves this mechanic, this one removes it. The cards you draw in your opening hand will now be completely random. The game will be more difficult.
