This marks the first ever released version of TS-Build. It is built for Windows usage but may work on other Runtimes.

Made <BuildOutputLocations> for the purpose of allowing specified output locations within the package for the mod. By default it will output to the root folder.
Made <DependenciesCopyLocations> an optional field, where the fallback is a skip.
