Act 2 Deck Limits

This mod adds a maximum card limit to act 2, and also limits the number of each card you can have in your deck.

By default, this mod limits your deck so that you can only have 4 of each common card, and 2 of each rare card in your deck. You can set a different limit for both in the configs.

(ex. only 3 of each common card and 1 of each rare card.)

Also includes a patch to the starting decks so that it complies with the default limits (can be toggled on or off!)
