Adds Koyuki as client sided scrap, percentage based retexture of fishRandomly replaces a certain percentage of Fish items with Koyuki, with different item names, sound effects, and boxcollider scales
Percentage is changable by config, default is 50%
Item types are synced between players if config percentages are the same
