Windows XP Theme

A thoroughly customized Emblem theme designed to look like Windows XP!

I started work on this all the way back in May, and thought I'd finally finish/release it for the 23rd anniversary of Windows XP. A deceptive amount of work has gone into this, and I'm very happy with the end result!
