A thoroughly customized Emblem theme designed to look like Windows XP!
I started work on this all the way back in May, and thought I'd finally finish/release it for the 23rd anniversary of Windows XP. A deceptive amount of work has gone into this, and I'm very happy with the end result!
Includes LobbyImprovements support!
Specs and info taken from an actual Windows XP desktop!
The scanline filter on the background image was added by KinitoPET!
