Better Terminal Colors

Lets you set your terminal color by typing tcolor R G B into your terminal setting it to say the color red is as simple as putting tcolor 255 0 0 in, or tcolor 0 0 255 for blue

the value you set is stored within this mods config file and loaded upon round start so you dont have to type in your custom color every time you load up the game
