LethalAPI Terminal Fix

This fixes an issue in LethalAPI Terminal which requires the word "confirm" to be typed out in full to confirm something, unlike similar commands in the game which only require typing the first letter. Intended for use by me and my friends playing on v64a.

Changes

Allows the player to confirm by typing any number of letters "confirm" starts with (i.e. "c", "co", "con", etc).
