Reserved Item Slot Core - Plus Non-Scrap Slots

This is a modified version of [ReservedItemSlotCore v2.0.38](https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/FlipMods/ReservedItemSlotCore/) by [FlipMods](https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/FlipMods/). Intended for use by me and my friends playing on v64a. This is used by replacing ReservedItemSlotCore.

## Changes

- Adds 2 non-scrap slots to the hotbar. These are like normal hotbar slots, except they can only hold non-scrap items and scrap items worth 0.
- Non-scrap slots are part of the hotbar and are functionally identical to normal hotbar slots (except for the non-scrap restriction).
- Picking up non-scrap items when there is an empty non-scrap slot forces the item into that slot.
- Non-scrap slots have a different color to differentiate them from normal hotbar slots. This color can be changed in the config.
- Reserved slots can now be selected by scrolling.
