Meteor Showers as a Weather

yep that's all that the mod does

Disables natural meteor showers, turning them into a proper weather that can appear on any moon! Also rebalances them slightly to make them a bit more forgiving: from 8:30AM to 9:30PM, a meteor will fall every 2-8 seconds.

Several parameters, such as the time period for landing, meteor spawn frequency and meteor sizes, can be changed in configs.
