Replaces suits with Waluigi from Mario strikers charged

Instructions

• Place contents in plugins folder. Ensure that ModelReplacementAPI is also installed.
• Set your preferred replacement suits in the config, or enable Waluigi for all suits. By default the starting suit is replaced.
