Vanilla Improvements (Canary)

This is a beta/testing version of my VanillaImprovements modpack, expect bugs when using this version
These beta releases will be deprecated once the changes get either pushed to the stable branch or are deemed too broken

• Remade the modpack from scratch to reduce the ammount of included mods and improve vanilla parity
