Weed Killer Fixes
Fixes bugs with weed killer:
- Fixed the broken cooldown for adding HP/turbo to the Cruiser, which caused most of your sprays to be wasted. You should consistently get results each spray now
- Fixed severe lag when spraying weed killer any time Cadavers don't currently exist on the map (including in orbit)
- Fixed smaller lag spikes (hiccups) when spraying individual bottles for the first time or spraying the Cruiser
