This is my personal modpack I configured to my liking. I try to make the modpack feel balanced and fun. I'm uploading it here as a backup but also if anyone wants to download this for themselves.

Disclaimer

I haven't tested this mod list in multiplayer in awhile and there might be some unresolved bugs but it seemed fine in single player testing.

Also I found that there is one unresolved visual bug that has the estimated value of overall scrap on a moon that shows at the end of day be multiplied by 3x or more but if you use the SCAN command at a moon it shows the expected scrap value at the moon so it should be fine.
