CometObservatory
Adds the Comet Observatory as a moon.This mod adds the Comet Observatory from Super Mario Galaxy as a moon. Each dome is a fire exit and the library is the main enterance.
Right now the scrap and enemy spawns aren't perfectly balanced.
Note: It's referred to as just "Observatory" in the config.
