R2 modman installer should install it automatically

if downloaded w/o modman you need to

Install Customsounds and dependencies

the downloaded file should contain

should be in a folder together, if not place them in one and name it 'CoconutMalled'

Place the folder in %AppData%/Roaming/r2modmanPlus-local/lethalCompany/profiles/default/BepInEx/plugins/CustomSounds

fair warning, manual installs tend to be erased when customsounds gets updated
