A simple plugin that nerfs Shovel, Knife, Shotgun and Ammo

Description

Currently, Shotgun Ammo doesn't affect, shovel have ~19 lb, Knife have ~5 lb, Shotgun have ~21 lb;

With this mod, you cannot store Shotgun Ammo into Belt Bag, and you cannot switch to alternate shovel to avoid shovel cooldown;

Also, you will be a bit more harder to hit the monster, since the hit check be more similar like V45;

Shotgun also have conductive, close range only can do 4 dmg to monster.

CreateNetworkPrefab will prevent anyone who don't have this mod, and most things are configurable, but for modpack creator, pls try to remove BepInEx configs.

This mod should need to maintain to make features work, if some value changed, you need to build the mod again or wait me back to work.
