TheUltimateVanillaPlus
My ultimative Vanilla+ Modpack for an enhanced Vanilla experience! The Ultimate Vanilla +
Modpack focused on preserving the vanilla aspects of the game, but with improved quality of life, optimization, a few new moons, and better aesthetics.
There are mods aimed at enhancing the vanilla experience of the game without ruining it, with a few new moons and interiors, and some new monsters that don't stray far from the game's standard aesthetics and mechanics.
Other optimization and aesthetic mods are also included (it runs perfectly well even on lower-end PCs).
Emojis are used with the apostrophe or quotation mark key (' or ") which is usually located below the "ESC" key.
All disabled mods are ones that I believe could still fit a "Vanilla+" experience, but I disabled them to make the modpack more easily customizable for users with less experience. Enable any of them based on your performance and gameplay preferences.
Most of the mods are already configured for a more balanced experience, but can still be adjusted to the user's liking. Have fun!
Things to Know: Press "F" to turn on the flashlight without having to hold it.
Hold "ALT" and scroll the mouse wheel to switch between the flashlight and walkie-talkie.
Hold "R" or "X" to talk through the walkie-talkie without holding it.
Only a 10% chance of triggering a meltdown when removing the generator, instead of 100% like in the vanilla game.
Type "LGU" in the terminal to buy upgrades with the "Lategame Upgrades" mod.
Type "LGC" in the terminal to start optional missions on moons that reward 750 credits if completed.
Typing "INTERN" in the terminal revives the person currently being spectated by the ship's camera for a cost of 60 credits (Lategame Upgrades mod).
You can revive non-teleported corpses by holding "Enter" while looking at them, as long as they’ve been dead for less than 5 minutes (ReviveCompany mod).
When you die, you become a ghost who can freely move and interact with some objects (Poltergeist mod). Use number keys (1,2,3,4...) to teleport to other players in this mode. Press "Q" to switch to the default spectator mode.
Performance Tips: If you need more performance, consider disabling moon mods like Wesley Moons and Moons of Otherwordly Oddity or any standalone moon mods. If you don’t want to lose all moons from one of these packs, they’re also available separately for download. Lethal Company has serious RAM leak issues, so this is only necessary if you have 8GB or less of RAM.
Enabling all options from the "Lethal Sponge" mod will make the game look worse, but gives you 5 to 10 extra FPS. The "HDLCPatch" mod is also useful if you want to tweak graphics for better performance.
