Ported over version of my HSR Scrap Mod!

Fixed some textures looking like voids in dark areas on the map.

I mainly did this update just to fix some texture issues :p

BTW this mod is compatible with version v80 or even v73, just update lethallib to the latest version for it to work in v80 but use a previous lethallib version to use on v73. If theres mistakes... oops... I'm a lil sick while working on this.

( This update was tested only on v80 )

GIANT FIX

SOOO i was an absolute idiot and accidentally removed the ability for the items to spawn naturally. I WAS PULLING OUT MY HAIR UNTIL 3 TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. IM SORRY YALL HAPPY COLLECTING WHILE I LOSE MY MARBLES OVER HERE!!
