Adds 7 scrap, 5 store items, 1 enemy, 3 decor, 1 map hazard, and 1 game mechanic.

Makes the Item Dropship arrive and leave faster. All settings are now configurable.

Fixes buggy jetpack fall damage logic, utilizing slight but necessary creative freedom.

Allows the use of the jetpack while holding a two handed item.
