OldDine

Adds the update 47 version of Dine as a modded moon with LethalLevelLoader.

Got tired of waiting for someone else to do it, so I did it myself. Very hackily put together and probably unstable but eh who cares. Someone else will inevitably make a better version of it.

You route to it by typing "dineold". Also since it's literally just the update 47 version, it doesn't spawn any v50 enemies. Old enemies changed in v50 obviously keep their changes though, same with the map size changes.
