Stronger Signal

• Do you stay in ship all day surveilling your friends?
• Do you get interrupted by the annoying reality of your ship's capabilities?

If yes then this mod is for you! I know a mod like this already exists, buuuut it's long outdated by the underlying code of the game changing. So I decided to fix this issue by reimplementing the same thing but with a new solution in accordance to the changes of the game's code.

What it does

Effectively it removes the "No Signal" game mechanic.
It patches the game code so the game never detects any players referred to as "in caves".
