SignalTSFX Replacer
Replaces the Signal Translator Transmit SFX (startTransmission) with the old Nokia ringtone. Now, can anyone change the model/texture of the device itself to an old Nokia 3310?

Manual Installation
- Install BepInEx
- Extract SignalTSFX.dll and SignalTSFX and place them in the BepInEx/Plugins folder.
- Give me a hug.
This should now work just fine. If there are any issues please contact me on twitter @Ex0du5_2169. Tested with other mods and it's fine. Naturally it will conflict with other mods that edit the same SFX reference - startTransmission
