Reworked the mod to eliminate the extra dependencies and be its own standalone mod. Vehicle horn has been brought back! Sadly though the vehicle delivery jingle is back to default (can't seem to find its source in the code). The explode sound has also been removed - This never seemed to consistently work anyway.
