Reduced weight of most equipment items, most notably the shovel (From 18lb to 10lb) and lockpicker (From 15lb to 2lb)

(Note: i have no idea if this clashes with stamina upgrades from LategameUpgrades but i'm pretty sure it doesn't)

TZP now has unlimited charges and can be used indefinitely
