Added the "Open the noor" sound when attempting to open locked doors (v73).
This is a fork of the "Open The Noor" mod by Kolton recompiled to make it work with v73. All credits go to the original creator Kolton12O. I contacted the original creator on GitHub and waited a day, but I don't really want to wait much longer since I need this mod in my modpack to play with my friends lol, if he updates it I'll deprecate this fork tho.
