An expansion of LethalProgression built from TisRyno's v2.3.2 patch.

New Skills

• Oxygen – Increases underwater breath capacity
• Power – Boosts damage dealt to enemies

Changes & Improvements

• Compact skill menu – No scrolling; all skills fit on one page
• More allocation buttons – +1 / +5 / +25 / +100 / +Max (and negatives)
• Hand Slot grid – Scales and wraps as you add more slots, stays centered on HUD
• Hand Slot display – Shows +X slots instead of a raw percentage
• Health & HP Regen – Capped at sensible defaults (50 and 20 max levels)
• Starting skill points – Default raised to 1000 for easier testing (configurable)
