extra cosmetics, extra suits, employee upgrades on the pause screen using xp (do not upgrade hand slots while holding an item), employee upgrades on the ship using cash, random tasks for random employees, keep your one held item when teleporting, lots of new scrap items, extra scrap value on moons with weather, deadlines that increase with the quotas, F for flashlight and R for walkie when not holding them, B for custom boombox youtube links (make sure it's off first), use keys to lock closed doors, and enemies might feel the need to soak up some vitamin D on occasion
