I will try to completely check all mods monthly to make sure all mods are up to date. Also I will add more mods in the future. The goal of this modpack is to make game not more difficult or more optimized but add more funny moments. If loading into new moons takes too long for you as the mods are added you may consider disabling some mods that are less funny too you. Also if some mods get annoying over time you can just disable them.
