Nortdrew mod

My first lethal company mod, that adds Norton and Andrew from the game Identity V (idv) as collectable scrap.

This scrap appears on any moon and has a value of around 150->250 moneys.

If you place a Norton near an Andrew (or visa versa) they will proceed to romance causing their values to double:

Romance will happen only once for each scrap item (though sound effects will play each time).
After romance, hearts will appear around the scrap to show its value has been increased.
Romance can happen between a Norton and Andrew even if one has already experienced romance.
Romance cannot happen between a Norton and Norton or Andrew and Andrew pairing, this is nortdrew (not nortnort/drewdrew)
Romance is just silly sfx, nothing actually nsfw happens
