Nortdrew mod

My first lethal company mod, that adds Norton and Andrew from the game Identity V (idv) as collectable scrap.

This scrap appears on any moon and has a value of around 150->250 moneys.

If you place a Norton near an Andrew (or visa versa) they will proceed to romance causing their values to double:

• Romance will happen only once for each scrap item (though sound effects will play each time).
• After romance, hearts will appear around the scrap to show its value has been increased.
• Romance can happen between a Norton and Andrew even if one has already experienced romance.
• Romance cannot happen between a Norton and Norton or Andrew and Andrew pairing, this is nortdrew (not nortnort/drewdrew)
• Romance is just silly sfx, nothing actually nsfw happens
