Changed dependency to TVLoaderExtended by FiligraniCringeGang. The previous TVLoader dependency randomized videos like I wanted, but each player in the lobby saw different videos. Now everyone should see the same video at the same time.

Low fps videos appeared to cause problems, so they were converted to 30fps

I figured out that all television videos need to be 16:9 so as to be fully visible onscreen, so I adjusted them
