Converted and renamed 1 sound:

Made the mod independant. LCSoundTool and CustomSounds no longer need to be installed.
Adjusted the volume of various found sounds to make them all about equally loud.
Added a reverb effect and increased the bass of all of angered sounds.
Added a config variable that allows you to adjust the volume of the sounds.

The mod should now be working.
