Adds Skirk from Genshin Impact as a player model

Includes blinking, head tracking, and mouth movements for some models!

• these features can be disabled in the config

All models are property of Hoyoverse

Note: Any future player characters that are aligned with the abyss will be added to this pack

Instructions

• Place contents in bepinex/plugins folder. Ensure that ModelReplacementAPI is also installed.
