Download manually the mod

Unzip, locate the BepInEx folder and copy it

Go to your profile folder (replace de [] by your information):
\ Users \ [USERNAME] \ AppData \ Roaming \ Thunderstore Mod Manager \ DataFolder \ LethalCompany \ profiles \ [PROFILE NAME]

Paste and overwrite. You're done
