Update 0.3.0!!! Tweaks!!! and Meeps!!

Added like 100 Tweaks and bug fixes basicly 60% client sided making the game slightly imersive... and add's wimzy! (Can't wait for V80) (Currently runs at about 1-2GB of ram with all the mods installed)

Tried to add softdependacany on openbodycams likely dosn't work

Removed 2 Mods you Must Remove No_Console_Spam (Redundant and Causes Issues) (For those inital install before update 0.2.0) (Update 0.2.1 dosn't exit just remove Ventspawnfix Kindaj jumped the gun)

Optionally remove SaveItemRotations as General Improvements Does the same thing or do nothing

Nothing to see here Just striped down my other mod-pack... or it was... Now it's fully optimized to run the game really nicely and vanilla compatible. (Initial Load may take slightly longer time)

Also mostly compatible to apply onto any mod pack! (Unless the fallowing Configs are edited differently) (Outtdated butt ignoreable)

• Better Spectate: Disable the first person module and kept the zoom
• Test Account Fixes: Item Grab is disabled
• General Improvements: Configured prefrence to mute main music menu.
• Also A-sync loggers maybe? (if I've setup the config correctly? Don't Worry about it just turned on LogWrapping)

+ Experimentally added mods: (Remove if there's a Issue) 
- SpectatePreviousPlayer (Wanted to try it out tbh)
- AdditionalNetworking_Experimental (Hoping it stop my personal de-syncs since My Network is wonky if host has it too)
