Old Bird(Rad Mech)

Replace Old Bird(Rad Mech) sound with a quietness sound effect to make it no longer noisy. More stable than replacing sounds with LCSoundTool +CustomSounds.
使用安静的声音效果替换老鸟（Rad Mech）的音效，使其不再嘈杂。目前这比使用LCSoundTool + CustomSounds 方式替换音效更加稳定，几乎不会替换失败。

replaces sounds（替换的音效）:

Fly：MissileFly.
Wake：RadMechWake.
warn：LRADAlarm3、RadMechAmbientSFX.
Missile Explosion：MissileExplosion、MissileExplosion2、ShotgunBlast.
Stomp：RadMechStomp1、RadMechStomp2、RadMechStomp3、RadMechStomp4.
Brainwashing：LradBrainwashingSignal1、LradBrainwashingSignal4、LradBrainwashingSignal6、LradBrainwashingSignal7、LradBrainwashingSignal8、robotTune.

If you want to replace your favorite sound, you can replace it in the sounds\OldBird folder.
