QuotaRolloverAddition
This mod used QuotaRollover by boxofbiscuits97 and adds an additional config setting where you pick the percentage of credits will be rollover to the next quota. For example: 200 / 130 = 70 * 50% = 35C. Meaning half the credits will be rolled over.
(Note: Do not use in conjunction with the original QuotaRollover, it will most likely break this mod-)
