Its much better to use Thunderstore Mod Manager but if for some reason you cant here's how to install it manually.
Make sure you drag both 'RoboFizzCharicter.dll' and the 'robofizzarollibundle' into the 'plugins' folder in BepInEx
Now you're ready.
