Updated LethalLevelLoader to current, removed Druggie and LethalExpansion as they weren't playing nicely

Reverted LethalLevelLoader back to 1.0.7 for compability purposes.

Lookit this. We've added 9 more mods to round it out to a solid 30! Finally including yippee because I say it anyway.

Added back in Too Many Emotes since it appears to be playing nicely now!

Removed Persistent purchases and Too Many Emotes for not playing nicely with others and caused glitches/crashes
