idk how to set a preconfig so after you start the game you can edit the configs of the mods. you dont need to do this this its a personal preference
SkinwalkerMod: set all to false except (Bracken)flowerman , Jester , EyelessDog and Masked
and set "VoiceLineFrequency" to 2
firearmlicense: set "StorePrice" from the shotgun to 2000 and set "Shellenabled" to false
