Push to talk on controller

It's bound to left shoulder by default, but Inspect is also bound so you need the mod to remove it if you dont want to inspect every time you talk.

you can rebind if you want

Can only bind either controller button or keyboard key because it unbinds the other if you use one (due to bad programming (im bad) )
